Chuck McCloskey, long-time club member, accepts the Lester M. Abbott Rotarian of the Year Award from President Khary Floyd.
For nearly two decades, the Rotary Club of Clayton-Ladue has benefited from the steady leadership, guidance, and Service Above Self from Chuck McCloskey. Chuck has the distinction of being a Past President twice during his tenure with our club, and has given countless number of hours in other roles as director, auction chair, technology guru, and mentor to other club members. This is not the first time Chuck has been selected as the club's Rotarian of the Year, as his dedication has been recognized before. Those who know Chuck would say he is a perennial candidate for this award for his tireless commitment to Rotary.
When asked for comment, Chuck was quite humble, saying that "it was an honor to be selected."
